Tak przygotowana warstwa filtracyjna jest składana harmonijkowo co zwiększa jej powierzchnię. Filtry powietrza K&N są filtrami mokrymi, co oznacza, że są nasączone specjalnym olejkiem zatrzymującym najdrobniejsze zanieczyszczenia.
Wysoko przepływowe filtry z wkładem z gazy bawełnianej można myć i używać wielokrotnie.
